HOW WE WORK
We tell you what your platform is ready for
Before anyone quotes you for AI agents, somebody should look at whether the platform underneath can carry them. That is what the review is for — and you keep the answer either way.
HOW WE START
The 30-day platform review
Every engagement starts the same way, whether or not it turns into a project.
We read the instance, not the documentation
Update sets, custom tables, integration logs, CMDB health, catalogue usage, change throughput.
We talk to the people who use it
Service desk agents, a change manager, two or three requesters. Fifteen minutes each. This is where the real failure modes surface.
Findings, and an AI readiness verdict
What works, what is costing you, what is getting worse — and specifically which AI capabilities your platform can support now, which need work first, and which are not worth attempting this year.
A costed plan
Scope, sequence, duration, price. Specific enough to execute.
Configured, not customised, wherever that holds
Out-of-the-box where out-of-the-box works. Every deviation gets written down with the reason it exists, so your next upgrade is a decision rather than an archaeology project.
Your admins get the update sets, the design decisions and the reasoning. We are not trying to become a dependency.

Four things that decide the timeline
- A decision-maker per process
Someone who can say yes to how incident or change will work. Projects stall on absent process owners far more often than on technology.
- Read access to the instance, early
We can assess far more from the platform than from a workshop. Getting access in week one is the single biggest schedule lever.
- An honest answer about what is already broken
We will find it anyway. Telling us up front saves a week.
- Someone to hand over to
A named admin who will own the platform afterwards, involved from the start rather than trained at the end.
NEXT STEP
Start with the review
Thirty minutes, a certified consultant, and a straight answer about whether we can help.
