TECHNOW
SERVICENOW · BRUSSELS · SINCE 2022

ServiceNow that people actually use.

TechNow Partners builds and fixes ServiceNow platforms from Brussels — ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps and SPM, plus the AI layer on top once the platform is ready to carry it.

WHAT WE BUILD

The platform work

Most of what we do is ITSM and the modules around it — implemented properly, on instances that usually already exist.

Cabled server racks seen along a row

Incident, problem, change, request and knowledge. The core of the platform and the bulk of our work — implemented so the service desk and the business actually use it.

Numbered network patch panel with cabling

Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and a CMDB with named owners that stays true after the project closes.

Two colleagues reviewing dashboards on screen

Case management modelled on how your customers are really structured — account hierarchies, entitlements and contracts included.

Rear port panel of a rack server

Security incident and vulnerability response, prioritised by business impact rather than raw CVSS.

Hand drawing a process diagram on a whiteboard

Demand, project, portfolio and application portfolio management, sized to what your organisation will genuinely maintain.

Fan of network cables entering a switch

Keeping the platform connected and current, with deviations documented so the next upgrade is a decision rather than an archaeology project.

WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING

Four places ServiceNow rollouts go wrong

04

None of these are ServiceNow problems. They are implementation decisions that were reasonable on day one and expensive by year two.

AND THEN AI

AI on ServiceNow, once the platform can carry it

We build the AI layer too — and we will tell you plainly whether your platform is ready for it. Named products, not “AI-powered solutions”.

HOW WE START

The 30-day platform review

Hand drawing a process diagram on a whiteboard
  1. Week 1
We read the instance, not the documentation

Update sets, custom tables, integration logs, CMDB health, catalogue usage, knowledge-base freshness. Documentation says what was intended. The instance says what happened.

  2. Week 2
We talk to the people who use it

Service desk agents, a change manager, two or three requesters from the business. Fifteen minutes each. This is where the real failure modes surface.

  3. Week 3
Findings, ranked by cost of inaction

What works, what is costing you, what is actively getting worse — and what to fix first, including what your platform is and is not ready for.

  4. Week 4
    A costed plan

Scope, sequence, duration, price. Specific enough to execute with us or without us.

You keep the report and the plan either way. If the right answer is that you do not need us, that is what it will say.

NEXT STEP

Tell us what you're trying to build

Thirty minutes, a certified consultant, and a straight answer about what your platform needs — an ITSM rebuild, a CMDB you can trust, or your first AI agent.
